What next for 2013/2014 ?

Now that the 2012/2013 finals are out of the way we are starting to think about how we can do better next year.  

It would be great to get an idea of what changes might be planned for next year, or at least when this information might be available so that we can look out for it at the right time.

Have any thoughts been given to this yet, or are we just being too keen and enthusiastic !!! Any sneak previews of what might be coming, or even just of the ideas being considered, would be welcomed.
